We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our customers' servicing needs, ensuring their satisfaction at every step. You will coordinate the hot tub engineers’ schedules, book appointments, and ensure efficient, timely service for our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to support customers with ongoing hot tub servicing needs.
  • Use our CRM system to manage and coordinate engineers' schedules, optimize efficiency, and ensure proper follow-ups for a seamless customer experience.
  • Book appointments and maintain accurate records of service schedules.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service inquiries and follow-up on service outcomes.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hot Tub Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of hot tubs across Cyprus, ensuring our customers enjoy seamless and trouble-free spa experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Install and service hot tubs to meet company and industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair any technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide thorough and professional maintenance services for existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and report on any recurring issues or required follow-up.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their service needs.
