Marine Grady Vinyl
Made from the highest quality marine grade vinyl to ensure your hot tub cover is resistant to UV and mildew as well as being fireproof. These covers are created for outdoor use with the highest quality finish and leather texture, all woven together with reinforced backside stitching. Available in various colours to match your hot tub and its surroundings
High-Quality Insulation Foam Cores
These covers are typically made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) a tough and rigid closed-cell foam, we ensure the strength across the cover with U-Channel reinforcements. To prevent water absorption, Crystec film seal the cores with Heat-sealed PE (polyethylene) as well as drain holes on the underside of the cover to aid in the release of water condensation.
Full-Length Hinge Pads & High Tensile Zippers
Heat retention is one of the main functions of the hot tub cover and it’s the little details that make the big difference. The covers completely seal the hot tub top and feature full-length hinge insulation pads across the hinge to prevent heat loss. The high tensile zippers are reinforced with marine-grade nylon for added wear resistance and to ensure longevity.
Cover Handles & Cover Skirt
Practical design and pleasing aesthetics are at the forefront of the cover design. With colour-matched handles to assist cover removal and fourfold-stitched seams for extra durability and reliability. Each cover comes with 4 password lock clips for added security.
