Pay Monthly for your purchase with Crystec Spas
Pay Monthly is provided by Crystec Spas Ltd and the following documentation will be required to process and determine your application:
- ID Card (for Cypriot citizens) or Passport for Foreign Nationals residing in Cyprus
- Residence Permit (Pink Slip, Category F, Yellow Slip, Working Visa).
- Copy of Bank Statements (of the last 3 months).
- Title Deeds (if property in possession) or Rental Agreement.
- Certificate of Employment (IR63) or Certificate of Self-Employment (from the Social Insurance with the Social Contributions), or Contract of Employment from Employer
- Proof of Income (Payslips, Proof of Pension).
Q1: How do I choose to Pay Monthly?
Simply select the Pay Monthly option on the checkout page or let the sales consultant know if you're buying in our showroom.
Q2: Who is eligible to apply for Pay Monthly?
To apply for Pay Monthly, you must be over the age of 18 and be able to provide the following information: 1. ID Card (for Cypriot citizens) or Passport for Foreign Nationals residing in Cyprus 2. Q3: When do my repayments start?
Your monthly repayments will begin once the contract has been signed by both the customer and Crystec Spas, and your install date has been arranged. A minimum 20% deposit shall be payable as upfront part payment.
Q4: Are there any arrangement fees or hidden extras for Pay Monthly?
No. There are no arrangement fees or hidden costs. You will only pay the retail price of your chosen products/s. A condition of the Pay Monthly option is that the customer must have an active Gold Plan (priced at €995) in place for each year of the agreement. The cost will be added to the total cost of the order and will be paid for monthly alongside the spa monthly payments.
Q5: Why do I need to have an active Gold Plan in place for each year of repayment?
The spa remains in the sole ownership of Crystec Spas throughout the duration of the repayment period. An annual Gold Service Plan is designed to ensure that the spa is maintained to our required standards. Full details of what is included with a Gold Plan can be found here.
Q6: Can I request delivery to an address other than my home?
Yes, we can agree an installation at another address if ownership is confirmed.
Q7: Can I add anything to my order?
Yes. You can add any extras to your order including accessories, chemicals and warranty packages.
