The Shell
We take great care in crafting each shell to ensure that it meets exceptional standards for both aesthetics and durability.
The acrylic shells are not only visually stunning, but also hardwearing and resistant to degradation over time. We have perfected the art of creating shells that are both beautiful and long-lasting, using only the highest-quality materials and manufacturing techniques.
Framework & Base
Our spas boast a sturdy frame crafted from 30mm boxed high-grade aluminium, ensuring durability and reliability for years to come. This premium material not only provides exceptional strength but also offers resistance against corrosion and wear, even in harsh outdoor environments. The 30mm thickness ensures stability and structural integrity, making it capable of withstanding the rigors of regular use.
A robust base is essential for the longevity of any spa. All Crystec Spas feature a custom-moulded base that is fully sealed, preventing moisture, foreign objects, or wildlife from damaging the interior workings of the product. The base is designed to work in conjunction with the acrylic shell of each individual model, resulting in a completely sealed unit.
Jets
We use a combination of rotary, directional, and pulsating jet mechanisms in our spa designs, to deliver the ultimate hydrotherapy experience.
The seat formation in each model delivers a unique and customisable massage sensation. Each jet can be individually controlled to adjust the water flow and direction, with an easy-to-use rotate-to-off option that allows you to fine-tune your massage experience to your preferences.
Inbuilt Cleaning Systems
Every Crystec Spa is built with cleanliness and safety in mind, with three important components integrated into every spa system.
The high-performance, energy-saving filtration system is powered by its own circulation pump that runs silently and provides maximum efficiency.
Additionally, the sweeper jet provides an extra level of sanitation by sitting discreetly at the bottom of the spa and releasing a steady jetstream of water across the basin. This innovative design forces loose particles back up into the bathing water and directly into the pull of the filtration system, targeting small or heavy micro particles that often escape the filtration and sink to the bottom of the basin.
Full Thermal Insulation
Crystec Spas come internally equipped with a high-quality reflective thermal wrap that helps to maintain the heat inside the spa's cavity, preventing energy leakage and reducing overall power consumption. We also use the same insulative material for the base of the spas to prevent heat from escaping through the ground. This insulation approach ensures that your spa stays warm and energy-efficient, providing a luxurious and eco-friendly experience.
